Azim Premji Scholarship 2026: Last date today for girl students

New Delhi- Girls coming from a disadvantaged background who have gained admission to either an undergraduate or a diploma degree may apply for the Azim Premji Foundation Scholarship 2026-27 only till Monday.

The scholarships are designed to assist girls who are joining the first year of an eligible under-graduate or diploma degree. The application form opened up on August 10 and the last date to submit your application for the current year is August 31.

This scholarship comes as an important option, because some admission rates do not permit students who might otherwise afford university to continue studying even after being granted entrance to the program, or into diploma programs due to tuition costs that can be considerable for those from economically weak backgrounds.

Applications for girls who belong to a background of vulnerability and who are entering the first year of an applicable degree and diploma have opened again by Azim Premji Foundation with the deadline to apply being today. Students who are yet to finish writing their applications have until the very end of today and should double-check and ensure all their entries and documents are accurate.

Even after securing admission to university or into a relevant diploma program, some students still find that they face constraints in finances that prevent them from being able to make it work. Scholarships of this nature provide the boost to ensure such women may pursue their goals without succumbing to financial pressures.

Today is the closing day.

Potential candidates are advised to verify all conditions and documents required before applying and to take care to fill in and check all necessary information carefully. A late application does not warrant casual attention.

These can be the critical means that allow a deserving student to make the most of her opportunity to achieve higher education.

These scholarships don’t simply inform of educational opportunities, they are part of the discussion around students who have achieved a difficult goal of proving their ability to earn a spot; now they must find if they can maintain their right to stand on this elevated tier of education.
