Hyderabad: The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD)-Hyderabad issued orange alert to Telangana state. The districts in Telangana expected heavy to very heavy rainfall in the next four days.
IMD-Hyderabad indicated heavy to very heavy rainfall, which can trigger a rainfall ranging from 115.6 mm to 204.4 mm (11.56 cm to 20.44 cm) in multiple districts.
The areas under Greater Hyderabad and neighboring districts such as Medchal-Malkajgiri, Rangareddy, Vikarabad, Yadadri Bhongir and Medak are also expected to receive heavy rainfall during this period.
