Delhi: The Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman, is gearing up to launch the NPS Vatsalya scheme, which aims to provide parents with flexible contribution and investment options to secure their children’s future.
The launch event will also involve the participation of students and an online platform will be launched simultaneously. Through this scheme, parents can contribute a minimum of ₹1,000 annually towards their child’s pension account, providing benefits to families from all economic backgrounds.
This initiative is designed to help families grow long-term wealth through the power of compounding, ensuring a secure future for their children.
