Stock market opens on green mark, Sensex jumps 261 points

New Delhi: The stock market opened on the green mark on Tuesday, the second trading day of the week. Both the major indices of the stock market Sensex and Nifty are showing a boom.

The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) Sensex jumped 260.65 points, or 0.44 percent, to trade at the level of 60,107.16. At the same time, the Nifty of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) is also trading at the level of 17,703.60 with a gain of 79.55 points i.e. 0.45 per cent.

During the early trade in the market, out of 30 Sensex stocks, 24 are witnessing a rise and 6 are witnessing a decline. Today all 10 stocks of Adani Group are showing a boom. The stock of Adani Enterprises is up by 1.08 per cent, while the shares of Adani Transmission, Total Gas and Green Energy are seeing a gain of 5-5 per cent.

At the same time, good signals are also being received from the global market. The Asian market is performing strongly.
