TATA IPL 2025: Krunal’s final over shifts game; RCB beats MI by 12 runs

In the 20th match of IPL 2025, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) triumphed over Mumbai Indians (MI) by 12 runs at Wankhede Stadium, marking their first win against MI at this venue in a decade.

RCB batted first, scoring 221 runs for 5 wickets in 20 overs, led by impressive half-centuries from Virat Kohli (67) and Rajat Patidar (64). Mumbai’s response fell short at 209 runs for 9 wickets. Hardik Pandya (42) and Tilak Varma (56) formed a strong partnership, but RCB’s bowlers, especially Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Josh Hazlewood, turned the tide.

The climax occurred in the final over, where Krunal Pandya’s wickets sealed RCB’s victory.
