Formula E car race: ACB files case against KTR, Arvind Kumar

Hyderabad: Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) booked a case against BRS working president KT Rama Rao, senior IAS officer Arvind Kumar and retired HMDA Chief Engineer BLN Reddy in connection with the Formula E car race.

The ACB has arraigned KTR as Accused No 1, Arvind Kumar as Accused No 2 and BLN Reddy as Accused No 3 in the case.

ACB files cases based on allegations of irregularities amounting to Rs.55 crore in the Formula E car race held in Hyderabad in 2023 and its second edition that was proposed to be held in February this year.  The Special Investigation Unit (SIU) of ACB will be investigating the case.
