TRS Working President KT Rama Rao sought answers from the BJP on the lack of financial assistance from the central government to Hyderabad.
He listed various promises made by the BJP over the last six years while speaking in an event “Transforming Hyderabad into a Global City”. Rao highlighted TRS aims to “build Kaleswaram, bring top technology companies to Hyderabad and help farmers with Rythu Bandhu scheme”.
KTR said BJP is for ‘Becho India’ and TRS is for ‘Socho India’. “The BJP sees thousands of charge sheets from different sections of the people for cheating with false promises.”
The Municipal Minister sought answers from the BJP on the lack of financial assistance from the central government to Hyderabad. “The BJP has cancelled the ITIR project sanctioned for Hyderabad, denying employment to millions of youth. It has not given a single rupee to the development of Hyderabad in the last six years.”
Rao alleged that the BJP had privatized lucrative government regulatory bodies like Indian Railways and LIC. He also criticised the leaders from Modi Government for visiting like a tourist and trying to creates communal violence in Hyderabad for votes.
