Mediaeval vandalism with women in Bengal’s Maldah, video viral

Maldah, 22 July : A video of mediaeval vandalism with women in West Bengal’s Maldah that went viral on social media is going to give you goosebumps. In this, a frenzied mob is beating up two women. Somebody has shoes in hand. Somebody is pulling his hair. ‘Hindustan News’ does not confirm the veracity of the video.

Some people are shouting from a distance, “Don’t kill anymore; you will die now.” No one listens to them, and the women’s saris and blouses fall open. These women, out of breath after being beaten, fall semi-naked on the ground. Still, the crowd does not feel pity. No one is listening to the screams of the women. Civic volunteers are definitely standing but are silent.

After watching this video, people are allegedly saying with their mouths that ‘this’ belongs to Pakuahat under Bamangola police station in Maldah district. A market is held here every Tuesday. He was arrested in the market itself on suspicion of being a pickpocket. Civic volunteers reached the spot after getting information about their beating. But they could not pacify the raging mob.
