60 percent polling for 59 seats in the sixth phase

Polling for the sixth phase ended at 6 pm in 59 seats of seven states across the country. During the polls, There were violence in many places in Bengal. Here the news of the BJP candidate’s car was attacked and the killing of the workers was also reported. Polling in other places in the country is peaceful. Nearly 60 percent of the voting was done till 6 pm. In this period, many leaders including Congress president Rahul Gandhi, party general secretary Priyanka Gandhi, former Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit, Bhopal BJP candidate Sadhvi Pragya Thakur and others used their franchise. In 2014, the BJP won 45 out of 59 seats alone. His ally LJP got one seat. The Trinamool Congress got 8 seats, the Congress-INLD got two seats and the SP got one seat. Uttar Pradesh
In the sixth phase, the reputation of many veterans, including SP President Akhilesh Yadav and Union Minister Maneka Gandhi, is at stake. There were 50.82 percent voting till 6 o’clock. In this phase, about two crore 53 lakh voters decided the fate of 177 candidates. A total of 16,998 centers were set up for voting. A sufficient number of Central forces and PAC troopers were deployed to ensure free and fair polling.

On the meong polling station in Isauli assembly constituency of Sultanpur, BJP candidate Maneka Gandhi and SP BSP coalition candidate Chandrabhada Singh alias Sonu became alarmed. At the same time, SP blamed the voters’ identity card at polling booths of backward, backward and dalit and other things in Gopalpur of Azamgarh and wasted lot of time. The party said that due to this, the speed of voting is being effected because people can not stand in queue for much longer due to the hot summer.
West Bengal

Between the news of the BJP candidate in West Bengal and the violation of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs), there was tremendous voting in 59 seats across the country in the sixth phase of Lok Sabha elections. By the evening 6 pm, 80 percent voting was held here.

Bihar

Delhi

Between the allegations of political parties, 55 per cent voting was held between 6 pm. You contestant Raghav Chadda accused BJP workers of making fake votes. He said, a person voted four times. We used to recognize 8 to 10 such people and even hold one hand dyed.

Madhya Pradesh

Voting at all the places in the state was peaceful and there was no untoward incident anywhere. 60 percent voting was done till 6 pm. In the sixth phase Lok Sabha elections, Congress general secretary and party candidate Jyotiraditya Scindia from Guna parliamentary constituency voted in Gwalior with his wife Priyadarshini Raje. Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, accused of BJP candidate from Bhopal Lok Sabha constituency and Malegaon bomb blast case, voted in Bhopal while his opponent Congress candidate Digvijay Singh Bhopal
