Congress false commitments in Telangana led to lost their voters in Maharastra: Harish Rao

Former Minister and BRS MLA T Harish Rao
criticized the Congress party saying that its leadership had reaped what it deserved. By making the false commitments to the public in Telangana state, Congress lost their voters in Maharastra elections.

Harish Rao pointed out that the Congress’s failure to implement schemes such as the Mahalakshmi scheme, which promised Rs.2,500 to women in Telangana even while promising Rs 3,000 in Maharashtra, along with the unfulfilled promises of Rythu Bharosa, Aasara pensions, and farmer loan waivers in Telangana, had a considerable impact on the election outcome.

He noted that the people of Maharashtra, particularly those from the regions with a predominant presence of people from Telangana, especially Mumbai, Solapur, Pune and Nanded, were well aware of the Congress’s deceptions.
