Bihar-Nepal border will remain closed until midnight on Nov 20th for elections

Motihari: Due to the upcoming federal and state elections in Nepal on November 20, security has been increased along the Bihar-Nepal border. A special investigation campaign is underway to prevent the infiltration of arms, counterfeit notes, drugs, narcotics, liquor smuggling, and criminal-anti-social elements. The monitoring and checking of people and vehicles crossing the open border has been increased. The Nepal Armed Police Force and the Nepal Police Dog Squad are also involved in the investigation.
